April 1 10:41am  Rome: train station Train tickets dispensed from ATM like devices. Based on Joe's experience in Pietramelara, we were scared that a video tape would pop out instead of a train ticket. Very glad we decided to extend the trip and see Venice, but we miss the people in our tour group greatly. Wish you were here with us.  Venice:Another beautiful day in Italy. The entire trip was filled with a spectacular quality of light. Weather most cooperative. |
